Do I need a login or the platforms’ API?
No. We only read what the public post page already exposes. Private, removed or login-gated content cannot be collected. It appears as failed with the reason shown.
How many links can I send at once?
You can submit up to 3,000 links per batch. The result keeps one row for every submitted link, in the same order, including failed items.
What if some links fail?
The batch is not discarded. Failures are grouped by reason, and you can reprocess only the affected items. Whatever already worked is preserved.
Why are some thumbnails marked “temporary”?
Some networks provide only temporary thumbnails. When possible, we save a stable version in Kamale.ad storage. Otherwise, the result is marked as temporary.
Do thumbnail links expire?
Final links saved by Kamale.ad are stable. Temporary links may expire depending on the social network.
